It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment. OVERHEAT PROTECTION The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the welder's temperature is too high, the protection will disconnect the welding current and the overheating indicator diode will light up. After the temperature drops, the overload switch will reset automatically. DUTY CYCLE The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of work, a 4-minute break is required. A 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without breaks. SYNERGY Welding with the MMA method using synergic settings. The welder adjusts the welding parameters depending on the chosen type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.HOT START FUNCTION The function commonly known as hot start. It works when the arc ignites, causing a momentary increase in welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START aims to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when igniting the arc. However, it is recommended to turn off this function when welding small elements, as it may cause burning of the welded material. ARC FORCE FUNCTION It allows for adjusting the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the length of the arc is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc. Lowering the value gives a soft arc and a shallower fusion depth. ANTI STICK FUNCTION The ANTI STICK function is an anti-sticking protection that reduces welding current in case the electrode sticks to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach the electrode and protects the device from damage. TIG DC LIFT Welding with a tungsten electrode in an inert gas environment using a handle with a gas valve in the grip. The arc is ignited by scraping, similar to MMA method. COOLING The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
