Mastermind - a board game for two people in which one of them guesses a hidden code.
The cult game MASTERMIND is intended for the whole family, the players' task is to decode the opponent's code.

Rules for the game for 2 people:
One of the players becomes the encryptor and secretly selects five colored pawns from the opponent and places any combination of them in the encryption device, thus determining the secret code. The code is placed in 5 holes covered with a screen, so they are not visible to the other player, who becomes the guesser. The opponent has 12 tries to guess the code. In each attempt, he places the pegs on the board in the order that seems to him the closest to the secret code. Each smaller colored (usually black) pawn means that one of the larger pawns of a given color has been placed in the supposed code in the right place. Each smaller white pawn indicates the existence of a larger pawn of the right color but in the wrong place. In this way, the guesser has an increasing amount of information to unravel the puzzle.
After evaluating the attempt, the guesser takes another one. The game ends after the guesser has indicated the code correctly or after twelve failed attempts.
The coder gets as many points as the guesser tries. If the code is not cracked, an additional point is awarded to it. The winner is the player who scores the most points after a predetermined number of rounds played.
After guessing the code, the players switch roles.

The game is intended for 2 people.
