The educational game Syllable to Syllable is a picture puzzle that improves syllable analysis and synthesis, i.e. the skill of syllables, the mastery of which is sometimes one of the stages of learning to read - depending on the method adopted. Playing with syllables develops visual perception, vocabulary and linguistic imagination.
In playing with tokens, children recognize syllables and combine them into 2-, 3- and 4-syllable words, including those containing more difficult sounds of the Polish language. The simplest variant is naming the pictures, creating their names with syllables, and arranging the word that way. In more difficult variants, the child can compose words without the help of illustrations or use a hint of the background color. Advanced players can play all the chips and make any syllable words. In selected game variants, concentration, reflexes and memory count, because the player who first puts his words out of the tokens wins.

Playing Syllable to Syllable engages the child's senses:
- sight
- hearing and touch
- and consolidates the reading direction from left to right.

The colorful illustrations show objects from the child's immediate surroundings and take into account their knowledge of the world.

Expert's eye

Playing with syllables makes learning to read easier, because the child first recognizes the particles of a word (syllables) and only then combines them with the rest of the elements, finally putting them together into a word. It's a bit like building a house from a few larger elements instead of a few dozen small ones - it's easier. Children from preschool age can be encouraged to play with syllables. Learning to read comes much easier with this game.
