Robodog is a toy in accordance with the STEM model, which emphasizes stimulating the child's cognitive skills, independent thinking, teaches drawing conclusions and working on the ability to think cause and effect. The goal of STEM is to develop in children the ability to explore the world with every available sense.
Robotics is one of the fastest growing branches of engineering. Thanks to this toy, a child can become an engineer and construct a real walking robot.
This fantastic toy can interest a child in the world of robotics and become the beginning of a real passion.

Additionally you will need (not included):
- pincers (for separating elements from the sheet),
- screwdriver,
- 4 x AA batteries

The drive components are made of metal and plastic, while the housing is made of high-quality, durable plastic. Thanks to the unusual wheels, the toy looks like a real robot from a sci-fi movie. Assembling a robotic dog requires a lot of attention and patience. By the way, the child can acquire the ability to read technical drawings. After assembling the drive, we proceed to the assembly of the housing and wheels. Assembling the robot is really the beginning of the fun.

The robot works in 3 modes:
1. Press the button located on the housing for about 2 seconds. The robot's eyes will glow blue and Robodog is in gesture control mode. Gesture control is possible thanks to the infrared sensor used in the toy. Place your hand in front of the robot's glowing eyes and move it forward or backward and watch Robodog move in the same direction.
2. Press the button again and the robotic dog's eyes will turn purple. The robot has entered auto steering mode. It will avoid all obstacles.
Attention! Objects beyond the range of the infrared sensor may not be recognized. Dark objects will also not be recognized by the sensor.
3. After starting, press the button twice so that the dog's eyes glow red. In this mode, Robodog will always walk forward.

Building together is a great idea for family spending time and a great alternative to sitting in front of a computer screen or phone.
When assembling Robodog, the child will have the opportunity to practice concentration, manual dexterity and technical efficiency.
