The rules of the game are very easy.

We put the Cookie Monster between players. Install a knob on top of his head. Use the handle to spread its mouth open and move the lock button up - the monster's jaw will be immobilized. At this point, we can safely throw in all cookies. We release the lock and start the game. We turn the arrow, the arrow will indicate what kind of cookie we should get out of the monster's mouth. While stealing a cookie, plan your every move carefully, one wrong move and your fingers will get slightly pinched. We can play in turns. The game ends when one of the players is trapped by the Cookie Monster. The game is won by the one who has collected more cookies. The toy has teeth made of soft foam.
